Simchat Torah – Family Shabbat & Simchat Torah Celebration with Dinner
A festive Family Simchat Torah service commemorates the giving of Torah to the Jewish people. Our service includes klezmer music and the unrolling of the Torah to surround the congregation with God’s words. This is one of our congregation’s favorite holidays.

Families with young children are invited to join us for a musical Shabbat experience with a pizza dinner and holiday activities for kids of all ages.
6:00 PM | Temple Israel Open House & Simchat Torah Celebration & Dinner
Celebrate Shabbat and Simchat Torah with festive music and joyful celebration, sponsored by Nancy & Barry Horowitz. Join us as we sing, dance, and rejoice with the Torah, marking the conclusion of the annual Torah reading cycle and returning to the very beginning to hear the first verses of Torah once again. Please stay for a festive dinner following the service as we continue the celebration together.
